Polaris JAVA Interview process consist of the 4 rounds –
1st Round Polaris JAVA written test
1st Round is the written test round which is objective and both subjective and level of the difficulty of the questions are quite easy for both subjective and objective. If one has the basic knowledge of JAVA then one can easily crack the written exam and there is no time limit on the exam as i said questions paper is so easy that you wont take much time to solve the paper.Usually they call for the Face to face technical round to each one of the candidates.

Question 1 ) Describe your self and about your project ?
Question 2 ) What is your full name and now take a pen and papers write a program in JAVA to arrange the letters in your name in descending order without using function of JAVA.
Question 3) There is one puzzle asked in the interview : there is one 5 liter Jar and 3 liter Jar . Measure the 4 liter with the help of these two jars ? This is quite tricky.
Answer ) The answer is quite tricky
First fill the 5 liter Jar and pour it in the 3 liter jar
Now 5 liter Jar capacity = 5 liter – 3 liter =2 liter is remaining in 5 liter jar.
now empty the 3 liter jar again
pour 5 liter ( 2 liter is left remaining ) jar in the 3 liter jar again
Now 5 liter Jar capacity is empty now and
3 liter Jar capacity now = 3 liter – 2 liter ( poured from 5 liter jar which is left) = 1 liter
now again fill the 5 liter jar and pour it in 3 liter jar ( which has already 1 liter left )
so Now 3 liter jar is full
Now 5 liter jar capacity = 5 – 1 = 4 liter as 1 liter is pour into the 3 liter which is left with 1 liter.
To remember this logic remember we have to pour 5 liter jar 3 times into 3 liter jar.
