A. RQPS B. QSPR C. SQPR D. PQRS

Solution:
Option A: RQPS. It says,” when he – heard the hue and cry at midnight – he was nervous and – did not know – what to do.
This makes absolute sense. Let’s see other options.

Option B: QSPR. It says,” when he – he was nervous and – what to do – did not know”. It is not making sense since the second sentence. So, this option is wrong.

Option C: SQPR. It says,” when he – what to do – he was nervous and”. It doesn’t make sense from the second sentence so this option is ruled out.

Option D: PQRS. It says,” when he – did not know – he was nervous and – heard the hue and cry at the midnight – what to do”. It was making sense till the third sentence but the last sentence is not fitting. So option D is also ruled out.

Option: B. QPRS. It says,” It has been established that – although a great scientist – Einstein was – weak in arithmetic – right from his school days”. It makes perfect sense. Let’s see other options and see if it makes more sense than option B

Option: C. QPSR. It says,” It has been established that – although a great scientist – Einstein was – right from his school days”. Here is the wrong statement – The third statement must be followed by weak in arithmetic. It doesn’t make sense. Option C is ruled out.

Q: where she was put up
R: who had come to Calcutta
S: by jumping from the first-floor balcony of the hotel.
A. PRQS B. QSRP C. RPSQ D. SRQP

Solution: Let’s go by options.
Option: A. PRQS. It says,” A french woman – committed suicide – who had come to Calcutta – where she was put up – by jumping from the first-floor balcony of the hotel.” The first two sentences made sense but the last two didn’t make up to the meaning level. We won’t rule it out completely but let’s see other options.

Option: B. QSRP. It says,” A french woman – where she was put up – who had come to Calcutta” The sentence is incomplete as it is not mentioned where she was put up. So, let’s rule out the option B

Option: C. RPSQ. It says,” A french woman – who had come to Calcutta – committed suicide – by jumping from the first-floor balcony of the hotel – where she was put up. This option makes more sense than option A. So, option A is ruled out. As of now, option C is much better.

Option: D. SRQP. It says,” A french woman – by jumping from the first-floor balcony of the hotel – who had come to Calcutta – where she was put up – committed suicide. All these sentences make sense but it is not as perfect as option C. So, option C is the correct answer.

S: that I could go with him
A. PQRS B. RQSP C. QRSP D. SPQR

Solution: Let’s go with the options
Option: A. PQRS. It says, “I was – and stay for a few days in Delhi.” Even the first sentence is not making sense. Let’s rule out the option.

Option: B. RQSP. It says, ” I was – very excited – when my father told me – that I could with him – and stay for a few days in Delhi.” This option makes perfect sense. Let’s keep option B on the hold and see other options if those make better sense than this.

Option: C. QRSP. It says, ” I was – when my father told me – very excited” The sentence doesn’t have any links among them. Let’s rule out this option.

Option: D. SPQR. It says, ” I was – that I could with him” There is no link between the first and second sentence. This option is also wrong. So, option B is correct.

P: and the postage
Q: a postal order
R: the price of books
S: which will cover
A. RPSQ B. QSPR C. QSRP D. QPSR

Solution: As usual let’s go with the options.
Option: A. RPSQ. It says, ” I will enclose – the price of books – and the postage – which will cover – a postal order.” The last sentence ruined the entire para. The last sentence didn’t make sense. Let’s rule out this option.

Option: B. QSPR. It says, ” I will enclose – a postal order – which will cover – and the postage.” The para was making sense till the second sentence but the third sentence didn’t make any sense from the presiding sentence. Let’s rule out this option.

Option: C. QSRP. It says, ” I will enclose – a postal order – which will cover – the price of books – and the postage.” This option makes perfect sense. Let’s keep this option on hold and let’s see if the next option makes more sense this option.

Option: D. QPSR. It says, ” I will enclose – a postal order – and the postage – which will cover – the price of books.” This sentence makes sense if you read it casually. But, postage is the thing which will happen in the end. Postage won’t happen in the beginning. So, this option is wrong.
