The following is the example of the above mentioned trick. So downward arrow from C is made to A and B as C is father of A and B , A with (+) sign as A is son – male and B with (-) sign as B is daughter – female.

Solution: Here is the sample of how the questions can be designed
The actual solution to the problem
Answer : Uncle (Maternal Uncle)

Step 2: Q*R means Q is the brother of R. So, Q is indicaed with a + sign and sibling line is given between Q and R.
Step 3: R-S means R is the mother of S. So R is indicated with a – sign and a downward arrow has been made.
Example 2: If M*N means M is the daughter of N; M+N means M is the father of N; M%N means M is the mother of N; M-N M is the brother of N. Find the relation of Q to T in this following relation. P%Q+R-T*K?
Solution: The following is the reference note
The following is the solution
Answer: Father
Step 1: P%R means P is the mother of R. P is indicated as a female with a (-) sign. A downward arrow is made from P to Q.
Step 2: Q+R means Q is the father of R. So, Q is denoted with a (+) sign. A downward arrow is made from Q to R.
Step 3: R-T means R is the brother of T. So, R is denoted with a (+) sign. A sibling line of dotted line is made between R and T.
Step 4: T*K means T is the daughter of K. So T has been indicated with a (-) sign.
Note: If T and R are siblings then K is one of the parents of T and R. If Q is a male person then K has to be the female person and so, they are a couple.
