RPA – Robotic process automation is a emerging technology now a days . So here in this article we are going to discuss the HCL RPA Interview questions. HCL conducts the RPA , Automation Anywhere , Blue Prism and UI path interview process in 3 rounds. 
1st round is the HR round which is conducted first in which they discuss about the current CTC , expected CTC , notice period and all basic information and relevant experience of RPA. If you have any knowledge or experience of RPA you will get shortlisted for the next round.
HCL RPA Interview questions 2nd round
In the second round they just asked the basic introduction of RPA process, Blue Prism , UI path and Automation anywhere and the questions what ever mentioned in your resume . So you can explain about the RPA if you have any knowledge and explain as much you can and you will get shortlisted and if you don’t have the knowledge of RPA then they will ask the questions of your current profile. Actually RPA is the new technology so they do not ask more questions about the RPA just basic knowledge is enough about RPA and any one of the RPA tool like blue Prism, Automation anywhere or UI path. So if you clear the 2nd round then you get shortlisted for the 3rd round.
HCL RPA Interview questions 3rd round
In the third round of interview they ask about the RPA process and blue prism again. Again you have to explain the Blue prism again and if you have the project experience they won’t ask anything to you.
If you are from Non- RPA background then they may ask why you want to go in RPA technology. you can give answer according to you. This is the last round of interview and after this round they gonna tell you we will inform you if you got selected.
